MC Asset Management LLC is a private buyer of residential property. It is not a licensed real estate agent or broker, it is not acting as one, and it does not represent you in a transaction. Nobody here owes you a fiduciary duty. If you want someone who does, hire an agent, and the comparison table on the home page says plainly when that is the better move.
The worked example on the home page is an illustration built on round numbers to show how the arithmetic works. It is not a quote, an appraisal, a valuation of your house, or a promise of a specific price. A real number comes in writing after we have looked at the deed, the taxes, the condition and comparable sales, and you are free to reject it.
If we sign a purchase agreement, we may buy the property ourselves or assign that contract to another buyer who closes on it. Our profit is the difference between what we agree to pay you and what the contract is worth to that buyer. We will tell you that figure if you ask for it, before you sign anything.
